The Early Bird Party is your feel-good start to the day 🌞
Start with Indoor Yoga (10:30–11:30, 60 min)– bring your own mat and enjoy a calming tea included in your ticket.
Or join the NFBC Community Run (11:00–12:00) with a free coffee included; a bag drop is available, with a dedicated drop-off point at the side entrance to keep the yoga class undisturbed.
⚠️ Please note: You can choose either Yoga or Run – not both.
From 12:00–20:00, the energy rises with a Day Rave featuring uplifting beats, healthy food, clean drinks, and a positive, like-minded community.
